But we're pretty darn close.
Jeff LoCastro. CEO/Founder. This is not Jeff's first rodeo. He was a member of the initial executive team of the inventors of online social network: Classmates.com and was one of the first to extract innovative insights from social network data; innovation beyond simple demographics and advertising and became a pioneer in the monetization of social network ‘membership.’ While the marketplace focused on 'transactional" features, Jeff was one of the first to connect affinity and behavior to understand non-linear correlations. Based on his ability to extract unique insights, Jeff pioneered the first ever effective CPA (cost-per-action) model which became the basis of all future social analytics models, as well as the foundation for all social media monetization.
"I had no idea I was being innovative. It just seemed obvious to me. But what we are doing at Neener Analytics is so game-changing, it fundamentally alters the analytics paradigm forever. "
"Payment technology is great. But unless you know you’re going to get paid, making payments more efficient doesn’t have a revenue effect. Going all 'blockchain' is the new cool, but you have to have money to run through it. You better have the very best friction-less analytics on your front end.”
Jeff was selected by Insight Success Magazine as Top10 Most Influential Business Leaders 2021
Dr. Marc Tomlinson, PhD. Data Science & AI/Co-founder. Marc is one of the top scientists in the world working on complex problems in natural language understanding, modeling social relations, and understanding how much people really want something. His focus is on building end-to-end systems for understanding behavior based psychological factors, metaphors, social relations, communication style and an individual’s level of motivation based on their culture, personality, and interactions.
Marc built the core tech for the US Government in the detecting of online terror plots/terror plots online and through social media. You want to know why the bad-guys are reduced to random acts of terror or smaller scale insurgency? Thank Marc. They can't do long range, large scale planning using online social networks anymore. The stuff he built understands the cell hierarchy based on their communications (no matter how hard they try to hide it) and the good-guys remove those persons from the equation and the plot evaporates. Let's be frank: there are like 4 people like Marc on the planet.
“I’ve always pushed the boundaries of what's possible to understand, quantify, and codify about human behavior. People used to dream about all the neat things that could be done with a computer that could understand people, now at Neener Analytics we are making those dreams real."
Alex Potashnik. CTO/Co-founder. Alex is a Silicon Valley veteran having built products for some of the world’s best known technology companies: Symantec, Amazon, and Microsoft. For close to a decade, he focused on understanding what it takes to ship cloud software at full scale from technical, process, and team perspective.
Alex has also taken on the challenge of Head of Engineering positions at various startups, starting with Highfive, where he scaled the videoconferencing product focusing on the in-conference room experience, resulting in an eventual acquisition by Dialpad. He also grew Paradigm’s derivatives crypto-trading platform to $1B-daily volume playing a pivotal role in the company, branching out beyond Engineering and taking reins of other departments, such as Recruiting and Product.
“My role has always been to help engineering teams achieve the company vision and unite these onshore, offshore, and disparate individuals into a powerful engineering team. What we’re doing at Neener is so unique and important that working every day to achieve this is fun. I like to think my superpower is building great engineering teams, that build great products that do great things."
